Sites and apps are created and published by platform users. We do not pre-screen all content, but we act on valid reports of illegal or abusive material in line with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).
1. What to report
- illegal content (fraud, phishing, malware);
- copyright infringement — use the separate DMCA procedure;
- spam, harassment, hate speech, threats;
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and terrorism — also report to law enforcement immediately;
- privacy violations, publishing personal data without consent.
2. How to report
Email abuse@tikaboo.app with the exact URL, a description of the problem, and screenshots if possible. For copyright claims, use the DMCA procedure (Copyright page).
3. What we do
We review the report and may remove or restrict access to the content, or suspend or terminate the account. Where feasible, we provide affected parties a statement of reasons for the decision, in line with the DSA.
4. Urgent cases
Child sexual abuse material, imminent threats to life, and terrorism require immediate reporting to your local law enforcement — in parallel with notifying us.
5. Bad-faith reports
Systematic false or bad-faith reports may lead to a restriction on the ability to submit reports.
