We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid claims of copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA §512) and applicable EU law (the Digital Services Act, DSA). Users create and publish their own content — if you believe material made available through our platform infringes your rights, let us know.

1. Notice of infringement

So we can act on a claim, send a written notice that includes:

identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
the exact URL or a description that lets us locate the material;
your contact details (name, address, email);
a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder;
your physical or electronic signature.

2. Designated agent

3. Counter-notice

If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice identifying the material, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury, and consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court. On a valid counter-notice, the material may be restored within the statutory period.

4. Repeat infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate cases, the accounts of repeat infringers.

5. Misrepresentation

A person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
